Number 1, pay for my boat ticket to Cuba and I'll move there.

Number 2, I'd argue that the landlord writing this doesn't understand capitalism as,

A, the only problems I've seen from the tenants is an extermination call ONCE in 4 years and

B, the story doesn't include a single instance of failure to pay rent in 4 years.

Also the landlord mentions the proceeds of sale are going to reinvestment, not cost of living.

So I am to infer that the landlord, actually, isn't good at capitalism.
